General Order Information

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Only one discount code may be used per order.

Discounted items of 20% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

You must notify us prior to sending any return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Items must be free of:

Stains
-
Odors (smoke, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, etc.)

Signs of wear or damage

Items worn even once are not eligible for return.
Return Method

All approved returns are issued as ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Store credit is issued for the item price paid minus the restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be received.

Store credit is processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Store credit codes are emailed to the address used at checkout.
⚠️ If you place an order before receiving or using your store credit, we cannot apply credit retroactively.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more

Items marked FINAL SALE

Items from select collections designated as final sale

Accessories, intimate items, or limited-edition items where noted
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and high demand, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

Clear photos of the issue

Subject line: “Defective Item.”

Failure to notify us within 3 days may render the item ineligible for return or replacement.
Color variation due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings does not qualify as a defect.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will be rejected if:

Items show signs of wear, washing, or odor

Items are missing original packaging
-
Items are returned without prior approval

Items are returned due to sizing preference or color variation
-
Packages are returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer
→ In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Mailing Instructions
Approved return shipping instructions will be provided via email after return authorization.
Returns sent without approval may be delayed or denied.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without justification.
