Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Processing time includes order verification, fraud screening, quality checks, and packaging prior to shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Fulfillment & Shipping Locations
Orders may ship from one or more fulfillment locations, including third-party fulfillment partners or suppliers, depending on product availability.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.
Expedited & Next-Day Shipping Cutoff Times
Some products may be eligible for expedited or next-day delivery.
To qualify:

Next-day or expedited shipping is not guaranteed and is subject to:

Orders placed after the cutoff time or requiring additional review will be processed the next business day.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if carrier or fulfillment timelines are not met.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Sinful You Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

Weather conditions or natural events

Customs processing

Service disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information may take 1–4 business days to update after shipment

In rare cases, tracking may not update even though delivery occurs
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer and carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Sinful You Inc. is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays caused by address errors
If you need to request an address change, contact Hutch@sinfulyou.com immediately after placing your order. While we will attempt to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.
If we contact you regarding an address issue and do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion (excluding non-refundable fees).
International Shipping & Customs
For customers outside the United States:

All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

We cannot estimate customs fees and recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Returns & Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions and return addresses are not publicly listed.
All returns require prior authorization. Approved return shipping instructions, including the return address, will be emailed once a return request is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused.
